How Anyone, Anywhere, can make a positive difference

This book is so far so good. Mark Sanborn knows what he is talking about when it comes to leadership and he adds a little bit of comedy. I agree with Sanborn when he says "The longer the title the less important the job." But I also disagree with him. I think that the importance of the job shouldn't matter on the title but rather their actions. He talks about this leader at this school that plays many roles. She is a counselor, nurse, teacher aid, and has many more roles. But the biggest role she has that the kids gave her is "Mom". She has very good office skills and makes a difference to all of the kids. Even parents come to her with their everyday problems. This can tell you that even if you don't work in a multimillion dollar company you can still be a leader.

  1. That's true, you don't need to have money to become a leader.
