A 63 year old man left the bar after drinking 8 or 9 beers. His blood alcohol level was .29 the article says that, that was 3 times over the legal limit. He left the bar and hopped onto his la-z-boy recliner and left. The article says that he put a lawnmower engine into it. The reason this is news is because its really funny. The category it would be under is Oddity. The 63 year old man is getting in trouble and probation because he was driving with a .29 blood alcohol level. Its going to affect him and his la-z-boy recliner/mower. Its not going to affect the rest of the world. But it might affect the lady that he ran into.
My opinion on this article is clear. He should get in trouble because he is operating a vehicle while intoxicated. If they let him go then everyone's going to do it and its not going to be a good thing. If a bunch of drunk people are driving la-z-boys around. He is lucky that all that happened is that he ran into a parked car.
